Terms of use

Welcome to Revrse. By using this platform, you agree to these terms, which define how you may access and participate in our open verification ecosystem. Revrse operates as a not-for-profit initiative of the WithNature Institute & Foundation, India.

1. Purpose

Revrse provides digital infrastructure for documenting and verifying sustainability actions. It enables individuals, NGOs, and companies to collaborate transparently on measurable environmental and social outcomes.

2. Acceptable use

Users must ensure all submissions — data, text, photos, or reports — are truthful, lawful, and owned by them. Misrepresentation, plagiarism, or falsification of project data violates our terms and can result in removal or suspension.

3. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your original content. By uploading materials, you grant Revrse a non-exclusive license to display and verify them for public good and CSR reporting. For private projects (see below), visibility remains restricted to approved reviewers or corporate partners.

4. Private or restricted projects

If your organization prefers not to make project ideas or early data publicly visible, you may request a restricted visibility mode. This allows only invited CSR teams or institutional reviewers to view your submissions, while still undergoing Revrse’s verification and audit process. Such projects will be clearly marked as “Private — not public-listed”.

These restrictions are optional and reversible at any time. Transitioning to a public listing requires written consent from the project owner or institutional lead.

5. Verification and data integrity

Revrse uses AI and human verification layers to maintain authenticity. Verified records may be used in aggregated statistics or CSR reports, but personal identifiers are excluded unless explicitly permitted by the user.

6. No financial brokerage

Revrse does not hold or distribute funds between parties. CSR sponsors contribute directly to verified NGOs or student institutions. Verification fees support infrastructure, audits, and reviewer training only.

7. Limitation of liability

Revrse provides the platform “as is”. We do not guarantee funding outcomes, nor are we responsible for disputes between participants, funders, or institutions.

8. Amendments

These terms may evolve as our ecosystem grows. Continued use of Revrse constitutes acceptance of the latest version, always available at revrse.org/terms.
