Campus baseline · For colleges
Two days, and you can evidence the whole campus
Energy, water, waste and green cover, measured by twenty of your own students. You get a report where every figure has a source, ten costed fixes ranked by payback, and the participation record accreditation keeps asking for. From ₹45,000.

What you get
Six things, at the end of the ten days
A baseline report
Energy, water, waste and green cover, with the method stated and every figure carrying the evidence it came from.
Ten costed recommendations
Ranked by payback period, each with a named implementation owner.
A student participation record
Names, hours, activities. This is the part accreditation asks for and the part a consultant's report never has.
An evidence pack
Every data point with its source and check status — the artefact you hand an assessor when they ask where a number came from.
A public verification page
Linked to the record, so the claim can be checked by anyone you show it to.
Quarterly progress reports
On the full-year programme — four evidence cycles rather than one snapshot, at near-zero extra cost.
What it costs
Two ways to take it
Quoted plus GST. Half on signature, half on the report.
Baseline
₹45,000
Two days on site. Everything above, once.
- Half-day workshop for 20–30 students
- Students collect the data under supervision
- Report, evidence pack and verification page
- Ten costed recommendations
Full year
₹1,10,000
The same, across an academic year.
- Four workshops — measurement, waste, energy, biodiversity
- Your student club runs the quarterly collection
- An inter-department campus competition
- Four evidence cycles, not one
- A short film of the work
The two days
What actually happens on campus
Your students do the measuring — which is what produces the participation record, and what makes the data better, because twenty people cover a campus in an afternoon and one consultant does not.
- 01
A week before
You send twelve months of electricity and water bills, built area, headcount and a site plan, and nominate 20–30 students with one faculty coordinator.
- 02
Day one
Morning workshop on how to measure. Afternoon, four teams fan out — energy, water, waste, green cover. Everything is uploaded that evening and the gaps are flagged the same day.
- 03
Day two
Morning fills the flagged gaps. Afternoon, we present preliminary findings to you and your IQAC before we leave — not three weeks later.
- 04
Ten working days later
Report delivered, verification page live, recommendations costed with payback periods.
Comparing us to a consultant
Two honest differences
Your students do the work. So you finish with a participation record as well as environmental data, and the evidence is traceable rather than asserted.
This is not a green audit, and we won't call it one. A green audit should be signed by a body accredited to ISO 17020. We are not, so we say baseline, and we never call the result certified. If your assessor needs an accredited signature, this baseline does not provide one.
Who the record belongs to
The college. Your students produced the evidence, and the project is held under the college's account, not ours. We're the paid facilitator.
What we can't sign off
Our own delivery. Nobody who ran your engagement may approve a human review of it. Where that review is offered, it comes from a WithNature colleague who was not on your engagement, not from an outside body.
The fee buys the process. It never buys the verdict.
Judge us on the report
It's the product and the whole of the pitch. Tell us your college and who's asking you for the evidence, and we'll tell you what a baseline would cover.
