Know what you can evidence, before the window
We read the current manual, check what your institution can actually prove, and assemble the submission with a source under every figure. You get the gap list first — while there is still time to fix something. ₹40,000–₹75,000.

Why this exists
The data is asked for every year. Nobody collected it.
Most submissions get assembled in the fortnight before the window closes, from whatever the estate office can find. Consumption comes off last year's bills, the green cover number is somebody's estimate, and the participation section is written from memory.
That holds until an assessor asks a follow-up question. It is also a waste — the institution spends the whole year doing things worth reporting and records none of them in a form anyone can check.
How it works
Four steps, and the useful one is first
Almost all of it is done from documents you already hold. Nothing needs a site visit unless you ask us to measure something.
- 01
We read the live manual
The current one, for your institution's exact type and cycle, pulled at the start of your engagement. Not last year's, and not a summary — those disagree with each other.
- 02
You get a gap list
Every requirement sorted into three: what you can prove today, what you hold but can't source, and what genuinely isn't measured. This arrives first, on its own, and it's usually the most useful thing in the engagement.
- 03
We close what's closable
Some gaps need a meter reading and an afternoon. Some need a records request. Some need a year of collection nobody started — we tell you which is which instead of writing around the difference.
- 04
We assemble the submission
Drafted against the live manual, with a source reference under every figure and the evidence pack attached. You submit it — it's your institution's claim, on your authority.
What it costs
₹40,000–₹75,000
Plus GST, on institution size and how much data already exists. Half on signature, half on delivery. It usually comes out of submission costs rather than capex, which is why it rarely needs a committee.
If you've taken a campus baseline, most of the evidence already exists in checked form and this sits at the lower end. The two are meant to be bought in that order.
The thing nobody else will tell you
We won't promise you a rank
We have no influence over the outcome and wouldn't claim any. Anyone who guarantees a result whatever your data says is telling you the document is decorative.
What we will do is make sure nothing in your submission falls over when somebody asks where it came from — and tell you plainly which gaps this cycle can't close, so next cycle can.
Start with the gap list
Tell us the institution and the cycle you're submitting to. We'll come back with what you can evidence today and what you'd need to start measuring now.
